Who can join
Any one who is retired,and who wishes to continue to learn and who enjoys learning. If you have an interest, hobby or skill you would like to share with likeminded people you would be made most welcome as we are always keen to introduce and work with you to develop new interest groups.
Whilst the aims of our U3A are educational, they are not competitive. Some members have been to university, many have not, no examinations are set, and no qualifications are awarded.
To join one of our individual interest groups you will need to become a U3A member so why not come along and meet us at one of our monthly meetings at the Kings Centre on the last Wednesday in the month. This should give you a far better feel of what we are about than is possible by just reading this!
